Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used for the original purchase. If that method is unavailable, a Shoperfection.com Gift Card will be issued.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us. We will help facilitate the exchange, subject to product availability. If the item is not available for exchange, a refund will be processed.

Returns Without a Receipt

If you do not have a receipt or proof of purchase, we can still process your return using a valid government-issued photo ID. Returns without a receipt will be handled based on the purchase information stored in our system. You can choose:
